On Site Operator Training
We’ve seen it too many times; what’s covered in a classroom setting and/or explained to an operator at the shop is too often forgotten, misinterpreted, or goes unused when it comes time to actually apply training in the field or at the job site. That’s why we offer follow-up on-site training with your camera operator(s) to reinforce and fully develop PACP’s real world application, the use of inspection software, as well as camera operation skills.
Contact us to discuss a plan and a proposal to help your operators get the most out of your camera equipment and software!
QA QC Services
Sewer Knowledge Services also provides comprehensive condition assessment and NASSCO PACP reporting and QA QC review of all data within project scope to ensure deliverables meet expected thresholds for reliability and accuracy.
Sewer Knowledge Services, in addition to carefully reviewing and coding 100% of all video data within its scope of work, will utilize additional client and project info (ex: sewer maps, television survey summaries, and GIS data) to complete the condition assessments for all assets within its project scope, taking into account such factors as installation year and method (if known), pipe material, pre-cleaning (if known), and the asset’s location.
Sewer Knowledge Services will work with its client to develop a sensible plan for prioritizing project data. Sewer Knowledge Services works with its clients to consider all related issues and past practices impacting the current condition of an asset, such as: sewer cleaning, inspection, and construction practices, such that accurate assumptions are made while interpreting visual inspection data.
